At Kariong Public School students elect student leaders to represent them. Kariong Public School also has a Student Representative Council (SRC) which consists of a representative from each class. The SRC meets regularly and has been responsible for the implementation of many programs in the school. It also runs the annual ANZAC Day Service and a number of fundraising activities for various charities.
